DogWatch Hidden Fence: How can I find/detect where the loop/wire is broken?

This is a electric pet system where the wire is buried under ground (~6 inches), starting from the transmitter and is looped around your yard as a boundary line back to the transmitter. The transmitter sends a coded digital FM radio signal through the boundary wire and is picked up by the pet's collar when the pet gets too close to the boundary. I know I have a break because of the indications on the transmitter. It's very expensive to have the company send a rep out to find the break. I tried using a transistor radio with no luck. Then I have to fix the wire once I find it...yikes!

Petcube Bites: Why is the launching mechanism not flinging treats?

I have the black Petcube bites. The wheel is spinning to drop treats into the launching compartment but the little paddle that launches the treats out is not moving at all. It sounds like a gear keeps spinning and then just stops. There is no treats stuck behind the flinger from the bottom trap door. I am using the recommended Blue Buffalo Blue bits dog treats.

Fi Series 2: Fi Series 2 housing diagram

The plastic bits that are supposed to support the clips on either side of the housing are broken (my dogs like to tussle). I've wired the two ends of the collar to each other to keep it from falling off, but the housing still comes loose (only one side is broken, so it sort of hinges open from the intact side.) I'd like to drill through the housing and wire the collar directly, in place of the clip, Anyone have a diagram of the internals so I can be sure I'm not drilling into anything important?

DogWatch Hidden Fence: The invisible dog fence alarm is delayed. Is it broken?

I have an invisible underground fence for my dogs. The alarm is supposed to sound when the line is broken. I came home one day and the alarm was on. I unplugged the system and plugged it back in and no alarm…. but then with in about 5 minutes the alarm went off again. I tried again, unplugged it, plugged it back in, and no alarm for about 20 minutes. Why would there be a delay? Maybe I don’t have a broken line and I have a broken main hub. Anyone have a theory on why there would be a delay in the alarm like this??? Thanks in advance!

Fluval 306 Canister Filter: I can't get the top to close all the way on one side!

I just replaced the seal ring because I had a leak - but now I can't get the filter closed properly and it's driving me crazy! It is on correctly - the imprint lined up and all of that. I can find absolutely no obstruction or anything that looks different than the other side.

It is the side with the primer. I can get the other end down tight, but the primer end - no matter how hard I push it down - is about 1/8 of an inch too high for the handle to latch at the top. Losing my mind! Any help appreciated.
