Pebble Time: Battery Replacement for Time Steel? 250mAh

Hello all,

I am trying to find a source of these batteries:

https://www.ewisetech.com/Library/Batter...

I have used generic 602025 batteries, like this one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3-7V-250...

But I quickly end up with only 4 days of battery life and random reboots when trying to respond to a text, or when launching apps. Has anyone found a good source for replacement batteries for the Pebble time steel?

Thanks,

Pebble Time: How can I repair vibrator in Pebble Time?

I'v turned on my Pebble Time for the first time and, as I remember, vibrator wasn't working from start. I tried turning quiet time settings on and off, changing vibration intensity, resetting, factory resetting, charging while resetting - nothing helps. Microphone still works - meaning, I suppose, problem is in vibrator itself or it's connection or motherboard problem. Are there any vibrators which will fit as a replacement in case I could not solve this problem another way?

Pebble Time: Can you teardown the charging cable of the Pebble Time?

Can you teardown the charging cable of the Pebble Time? I have the new Pebble Time and the charging cable has already failed on me twice.

The last time it failed I cut it open and found that the 2 wires inside the cable are a weird shiny red and shiny blue color wrapped in a thin white film.

I ran the 2 wires on a multi-meter and it measured a notable resistance, as opposed to near zero resistance on traditional power cables; which was odd.

In the end, because my charging cable completely died on me, I removed the wires all the way up to the proprietary magnetic plug and soldiered it to another USB cable I had lying around the house.
