I have the Hemp Canvas Ranch Jacket. I love it. But the zipper refuses to stay closed after several years of use. I zip it up, look down, and the zipper will have opened up below the “pull”. I guess I need to replace the zipper, but I am not worth a hoot with a needle and thread. Where do I get a zipper and is there a special place to do it, or would any seamstress (I don’t know the gender neutral term for that, sorry!) be able to handle it?

i have a Patagonia jacket from circa.1988. Dark green shell with bright fuchsia fuzzy liner (yup, 80’s)

It needs a new zipper. Old one has missing zipper,broken teeth,etc.

i can’t quite read the label ID. There is a part that says”style” 28111 (I think it’s a 2)

anyway to get something suitable? Current length 26in

I bought an outwear (H2no) about 10 years ago. It’s still in an excellent condition. However, some dirts in black appeared on the zipper that could not be washed out or removed, and the seamsealed fabric was off inside the sleeve pocket. Just wonder if it can be sent to you for changing a new one?

Hi, I’m an experienced tailor and upon looking at the Hooded Down Sweater, it looks like the down will be exposed and loose if I remove the old zipper and try to replace it.

Is the down not contained inside a separate form??? I don’t really want to get into that kind of mess!

Two zippers on the jacket are broken. The bottom stop on the front zipper broke off, and one pocket zipper is broken.

If I send it back to be repaired by your team, will it be covered by the warranty? Will you fix it or replace it? It’s only a few years old. And not hard wear.

The stop box, and zipper have come off of a kids vest. I am not finding a way to replace the stop box which helps line up the zipper. I ordered replacement zipper pieces to repair a bunch of Patagonia items, but the repair kits don’t come with the box at the bottom. Does this call for a full zipper replacement, or is there an alternative?
