Patagonia Freewheeler: Blackhole repair to pull up mechanism

Can the pull up retractable handle mechanism on my Patagonia Blackhole - largest size - be mended. The wee internal snib half way down one of the two struts inside the zipped compartment that facilitates pulling up and down, won't retract any more. PS Not the freewheeler.

Patagonia Freewheeler: Mouse died on top of my bag leaving a smell

Hi, I have a beautiful green bag that I do not want to throw away but a mouse died on it (it was storing in the basement). I looked online for how to clean and most say dawn dish soap and isopropyl alcohol. Is this what you recommend or is my bag not salvageable?

Do you know where I can buy a replacement wheel? I have the Freewheeler 100L bag, and the wheel was broken during my last trip I had to drag it, and now the wheel is ruined and needs to be replaced.

Patagonia Freewheeler: fabric lining has a sticky residue

the bag is clean but the fabric remains sticky. is there a solvent to fix this? Im not so concerned with maintain the water resistance, thanks!
