Panasonic TX-P42GT50b: Why is Panasonic 2012 TV turning off, standby light blinking 12 times?

My Panasonic TX-P42GT50b will turn off almost immediately after being turned on and then the standby light will proceed to flash 12 times. What problem could be causing this and how can I fix it?

I recently replaced the SS1 board in my panasonic tv due to the 8 blinks issue and has work great for a couple of days, today i have tried to use it and after a couple of seconds the colour will go and to fix i have to turn the tv off and back on again… Any ideas on what to do?
