<title><![CDATA[Panasonic ES2207P: Dosent move once the top is attached]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I'm having issues understanding what is wrong with my machine, the motor and battery work everything seems fine that's until I attach the top cap when I could hear the motor still on, but the razor stops vibrating side to side. I checked and nothing is broken. Is anyone having similar issues ?</p>
