Panasonic RE-7430: Right Speaker Channel Dead - Almost Silent

I just recently picked up an old Panasonic RE-7430 stereo thing, but with the tuning dial and stereo indicator completely dead. I thought the rest of the system didn't work, but it actually did. However, only the left channel works and no sound comes out of the right. I replaced the lightbulb behind the tuning dial, and the stereo indicator, so now both work. However, I can hear a small click through the right speaker whenever the stereo indicator light turns on, and some quiet and tinny version of whatever I'm listening to if I use the balance to turn off the left channel and turn the volume all the way up, but nothing else. This means that the balance slider basically just works like another volume slider for the left channel! When I plug in headphones, both the left and right channels work, but the stereo is a little dodgy from old balance and volume sliders. I'm not sure what's causing the right speaker channel to not work, may I please get some help?

Thanks so much!
