Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF2: Why is my camera can't turn on?

I can't turn on my camera even I push on button. I also charge the battery but still can't on. I check the lens but nothing broken. What cause of it...although I never drop my camera. It is the batery problem?How to fix this ?

I can't see the pictures that I have taken because the screen is too dim. I can just barley make out that the screen is on, but I cant see anything on it. How do I fix this?
