Panasonic Lumix DMC-G7: How much would it cost to fix the shutter on my Lumix DMC-G7?

Hello, i buyed the camera used and it got one time opened and the screen cable was not good so I replaced it and it's working now but all back buttons doesn't work.

I can't enter the menu or other things nothing happens. The connector and the flex cable looks good tried 5 times to put in and out the cable but nothing happens.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-G7: Screen not displaying anything

I've just bought a second-hand Lumix G7, and the screen is not displaying. The camera is otherwise functioning fine - I can view everything through the EVF, but the display is completely black. I've tried the Fn5/LVF button, reset the camera settings, changed the eye sensor sensitivity, but no luck. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! :)

Have you found a fix for this? I ran into this exact same problem. Fixed a loose piece in the camera and now the buttons won't work.

The entire inside element that holds the lens as well as the sensor was loose. So the lens and sensor wiggled around. I took it apart and put in two small screws and that fixed the issue. At work we have 4 G7s, and theyre all slowly giving out.

There is a Curtain in front of the sensor and the gears are stuck and it wound go down. How do I get there and how can I fix it. There are no pictures that show me how I get there and if there is a way to repair the curtain.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-G7: micro HDMI Port Pin bent then broken out

After unsuccesfully trying to get a clean HDMI output signal from my camera and upon further inspection I noticed, that one of the pins from its’ micro hdmi port was bent badly. While trying to bend it back I broke the pin out. Is there any way to solder a new micro HDMI port to the mainboard? Or is there any other/ a more simple solution?

My Lumix G7 was taking pics just fine then stopped. I thought the card was full so I erased a bunch of pics off it, but it still won’t take a pic. I removed the fully charged batter and the SCD card—nothing. The screen is black with the symbols working on it…but not image. I press down the button to take a pic and a red light lights up but won’t click. I’ve tried moving it to other settings like the Program setting, Auto setting…nothing. Can anyone help me…I desperately need this camera for work—I’m an artist. Thank you, Rachael

Hello, i need help. When i turn on my gf7 after few mins the screen is getting stuck and i cannot turn it off. The only way to shut it down is by removing the battery. I cant use my camera because of this issue. Please help me.The only buttons working are the shutter button and playback button. But as I said, few mins. later the screen freezes. I am hoping that you help me regarding this issues. Thank you
