I have a Panasonic KX-NCP500. It has a 16 slot card for 16 x KX-DT333 system phones and 16 standard line telephones. Does anyone know the latest system phone handsets that will be compatible with the KX-NCP500 ideally with 24 programmable keys or more ?

My cordless phone displays “fully charged” but when I go to use it it goes dead as soon as I pick it up. Happening in all three handsets regardless of docking station used. Would it be a matter of simply changing the batteries? It’s a kxtgda31e. Thank you

carries land line handset around the house with her in case of fall etc.

It is not uncommon for the "talk" button to get bumped and accidentally pressed, with Mom not realizing it,

so when someone tries to call her they get a busy signal. (she is hard of hearing and does not hear the beeping off the hook alert)

I am wondering if someone might know of some way to protect and  prevent the "talk" button from getting accidentally activated? Appreciate any advice/problem solving you might have.

upper right on handset shows telephone pole and ECO. on the right side of handset, it shows the number 2 and a clipboard.

HELP please

and I have problem with ringtone sound, it's low, when someone tries to call me i hear the ringtine but the sound of it is very low, I tried to turn on the ringer swith to the maximum, but the ring is still the same, i tried also to replace the big capacitor which located in its electronic board with new capacitor, but the problem is still accure, can I know how to solve this issue, thanks in advance.

1. Calls are noisy (when listening and when speaking)

2. Various lights are leaking

3. The screen is blinking

I have tried disconnecting each of the components (handset, loudspeaker and screen) separately, but the problems persist.

On the same network I have some KX-T7533 devices (operating for the same number of years) and which did not develop the above problems. These devices seem to have very similar components with a few differences on the main pcb.

I was wondering if it is a single component that is responsible for the problems (e.g. the oscillator) and whether replacing it is possible? Thank you

My phone is on the docking station charged, and I can make calls from it just fine. However, whenever someone tries to call me, the phone doesn't ring. Any idea what the problem could be?
