I am trying to manually open the stuck disk tray on a Panasonic DVD-RV31 player because the eject button does not work, but I cannot find where the loading belt and gears are located on the disk drive mechanism. Where can I find them to manually rotate the tray open?

Panasonic DVD-RV31 Player: Sound track is muffled

The main voice sound track is extremely muffled while the rest of the sound track seems to coming in loud and clear.
