Panasonic DVD-RV31 Player: CANNOT OPEN DISC DRAWER. disc clicks loudly &. door won't open

Loaded disc without any problem.

Door closed, but DVD did not play.

Attempted to open door, but pushing the 'eject' button only produces a loud clicking.

Just got a dvd player from a thrift store. It plays well but only shows everything in black and white…no colour.

Panasonic DVD-RV31 Player: How do I repair a spindle motor malfunction?

Our Panasonic DVD player will not play discs. The error message is H02, and this website states that it is "a spindle motor malfunctioning." Can it be fixed?

Panasonic DVD-RV31 Player: Sound track is muffled

The main voice sound track is extremely muffled while the rest of the sound track seems to coming in loud and clear.
