The shutter button and zoom switch do not work anymore.

Shutter button and zoom switch do not work anymore. I have dissassembled the camera as far as removing the back half and the PC board inside but still can't get to the shutter button and zoom switch to find out what the problem could be. Camera is a Lumix FZ100.

I am trying to fix the backlight on the LCD of my Lumix DMC-FZ200. I have used a multi meter to check for voltage on pin 6 of connector FP9003 based on page 57 of the Panasonic service guide. I am not seeing any voltage on pin 6, I am thinking that the backlight fuse has blown but seem to be struggling to find where the fuse is located on the main board. I am quite new to this so really hoping someone can possibly point me in the right direction. Thank you.

Hi, My device was on a tripod and fell on the front while it was open. Now I get a "system error (zoom)". I'm afraid something is damaged. Issue:

When I power off my Lumix camera using the power button, the Lumix logo appears on the screen, and the camera freezes.
I can fix this by removing and reinserting the battery.
However, the clock and all settings reset when I reinsert the battery.

Question:

How can I fix this issue?

my camera only takes pictures without flash, when i select auto flash, and the blinking symbol appears, it cannot take the picture and appears "please turn off camera and then on again"

maybe it could be that the battery is not correct for the model since its not the original one, or maybe the flash module is faulty, but i don´t think its the module

I have read other suggestions suspecting sand or debris. However, the failure in my camera most certainly resulted after dropping it out of its holder on a hard stone/tile floor while changing clothes in a store. The drop was approx from a 3-4 foot height. That seems to have been enough to have caused the camera zoom to fail to now open.
