The new memos all of the sudden are being received as documents, not memos. I've tried a soft reset and a warm reset with no luck. I've tried turning beam receive off and on with no change. Short of doing a hard reset and beaming everything, anybody have any ideas why memos are being received as documents, and how to change it?
