PDP Victrix Pro BFG: PS5/PS4/PC Switch Broken, possible quick fix/bridge?

Heard a slightly chunkier 'snap' than normal when trying to switch from PS5 mode to PC mode, inspection revealed attached image. The parts that I suspect belong to the working parts of the switch assembly are in indiscernible pieces now (except for the small metal brace that went over the top of them like a shell). The controller is currently stuck in PS5 mode and I would like to be able to switch back to PC. I am completely unsure as to how the original switch worked and don't want to start trying to bridge the contacts at random until I have a better idea of how the original switch was lain out/functioned. Not sure how easy it would be to get a picture of a working assembly and the contacts, but I would greatly appreciate any help!
