Acer Chromebook 315: Acer CB315 4H Chromebook not working

I replaced the USB power port for my acer CB315 4H and now the compluter won't turn on. I did have trouble reattaching the ribbons. Any ideas?

When yes I opened it and I saw that I can't connect to the wifi and in task bar nothing was shown instaed of some pinned apps and later I check setting there I found it shows 0 storage but in file manager storage shows 477 gb

Why does my laptop change my sign in method? I prefer and have my laptop set for facial recognition. After a few days the laptop decides to use my pin. OK I'd prefer to use my password instead of my pin but the sign in options won't let me. I have to go through "forgot my pin" and try to work my way through. most of the time it won't let me. I've tried going through the IFFUI or whatever it's called page where the Bio's are and boot system etc. It always turns into a loop. After a few days,,surprise ,surprise it's using facial again. Not a big problem but it is a glitch and a sign of bad things to come. Wah for is da madder?

All USB ports, the HDMI port, and the integrated keyboard have stopped working simultaneously on my Dell Vostro 3558. The touchpad is the only functional input device.

I have already tried:

1. A hard reset (draining power for 60 seconds).

2. Checking the BIOS (cannot enter via F2, but attempted via Windows recovery).

3. Confirming no USB devices (mouse/keyboard) get power or light up when plugged in.

Since all external ports and, is there a specific fuse, voltage regulator, or common failure point on this motherboard (like the Super I/O chip or Chipset) that could cause a total loss of peripheral connectivity? Any guidance on board-level repair or specific components to check would be appreciated.
