Dell XPS 15 9550: How to fix the heatsink screws hold-downs?

In my Dell XPS 9550, I have noticed that two of my 6 heatsink screws hold-downs are out from the motherboard, causing the heatsink part near to the GPU loose, accordingly, less contact with the GPU and less heat dissipation.

I need to know how to fix these screws hold-ups again to the motherboard with a kind of glue that can withstand the high temperature generated by the GPU during load time.

I have found over the internet that it is a common issue for XPS 9550. This is a link of the picture that might give a better understanding of my issue., which I found over the internet as well.

It takes almost 6-7 mins before it starts up!

I've tried several ways to solve the problem: toggling off the startup apps, optimizing the machine for the best performance, uninstalling several apps that I found out I didn't need (and probably were the cause of the problem), running some command prompt programs for fixing maybe any corrupted files and restoring the health of the machine, etc...

All of these, and more, haven't worked!

Hello Community,

I’m looking for a replacement battery for my HP Spectre, which I believe is the 15-inch model. At the moment, the laptop still works fine without a battery because the old one is no longer working.

Unfortunately, the battery is not available in the I fix it store, so I wanted to ask whether anyone could recommend a trustworthy seller where I could purchase a replacement battery.

Please find attached a picture of the original battery that came with the HP Spectre.

HP Victus 15: No signs of life besides the LED light indicating that it's charging

My HP Victus 15 has been dead for a couple of days now, the power button doesn't show any light when I press it, doesn't turn on at all, there are no sounds or heat coming from the laptop, only the LED light that indicates that it's charging.

I've tried holding the power button, disconnecting and reconnecting the battery etc, etc. I'm not sure what to do. Is it a motherboard problem? If so; then I'm royally screwed.

Im having an issue with my Gigabyte Aorus 15g KC laptop, and i dont know what to do next.

It has happend the day after i installed chrome, and i can see there has been a windows update the day prior to.

All of a sudden, the screen is black. I have tried everything i can think of.

Was in the other room for 10 minites. Came back and the screen was black / off.

The screen on the laptop is black no matter what i do.

Im listing all the thing i have tried so far.

Connected it to a external screen, and it worked with both hdmi and mini displayport.
No boot screen anywhere. So unable to hard reset.
Tried accesing repair mode. No luck. The external scrren only shows a picture when it has loaded the win 11 login screen.
Tried booting from win boot usb drive.
Updatet all graphics drivers
Updated bios (via gigabyte control center)
Rolled back windows update
Tried to reset from windows. It wouldn't let me.
Updated every driver
Pulled the battey and the cmos battery.

After i pulled the battery, a can't even get a picture via hdmi or min displayport anymore.

What do i do next?
