Lenovo Desktop: Why is my CPU fan, fast and furious mode?

After doing the usual maintenance routine, brush, and pressure aired the whole thing. Connected it and the cpu fan turns on max speed. I get an image, but when almost done booting up, it freezes. I checked it and found the THER_HD cable had come off where it connects to a transistor 2N3804924. I soldered it back. Cleaned and oiled cpu fan. Took out Ram and cleaned it as well. Plugged it back in. And still doing the same thing. Im all out of ideas.

J'ai n'ettoyer la barette memoire et j'ai enlever de la poussier dans le ventilateur . Puis je l'ai reallumer encore ecran noir . svp j'ai essayer la combinaison Windows +b et Windows + v cela aussi na pas marche ,

I tried to connect a hardhard disk from another not-working computer to my working computer. It didn't work so I tried it's own hard disk , but that too stopped working. It's says on the screen to enter a key to reboot or something but when I press any key , it displays the same messAge infinitely
