My millennium m10 oxygen concentrator low oxygen light shows.... Then after about 2minutes, the service required alarm sounds continously..... What should I do???

Respironics EverFlo: no air produced even though green light is on

The concentrator turns on, all three lights come on at first for a few seconds, then only green. However, there is no O2 being produced, the gauge stays at the bottom, no tubing or cannula attached.

Before this the red alarm light and sound came on after a few seconds and stayed on, so I replaced the filter. Now the concentrator has the above condition with the new filter and also with the old filter put back.

After running the concentrator for several minutes with the new filter (which does not seem to be the problem) the red light comes on and the alarm sounds continuously until I turn the machine off.

I have a used invacare platinum 10 I recently purchased. When I turn it on there's no error beeps or any other signs of an issue. However, no matter what position the output dial is in it will only output ~0.5 lpm. The filters all look good and I took the cover off and ran it to look for any leaks and everything seemed in order. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

Oxygen Concentrator: Invacare Perfecto 5LPM O2 purity drops when raised past 3 LPM?

Servicing an Invacare Perfect 2 V 5LPM o2 concentrator. Machine came in for repair, checked o2 purity 1-5LPM @ 89% o2. I replaced sieve beds, When machine is running at 3LPM, o2 purity is 95%, when i raise the 3.5LPM-5LPM o2 purity after 10 minutes drops to 70%. I temporarily replaced the compressor & 4-way with a rebuilt donors, just to troubleshoot the problem. Any ideas what could be the problem?
