I’ve been trying to find something online even an instruction manual but it seems no matter what I type in, nothing pops up. My question is, is there a way to factory reset the speaker. Keep in mind it’s not a power button but a power switch on it so I can’t try anything with that.

It used to work just fine and then it randomly decided to stop connecting bluetooth. It doesn’t even show up on devices available to find. Any help would be much appreciated

I recently bought a 2Boom Torrent model BT488 bluetooth speaker. When you power it up, it announces in a loud voice, “POWER ON! BLUETOOTH CONNECTED!” And I mean it’s LOUD. I can’t imagine using it early in the morning in my home office, when others are still asleep.

Once it’s on, you can control the volume through your device (not through the speaker itself), but I can’t find a way to lower or mute that startup message. Any ideas?

Hello my name is nokia Thompson, I acidentally knock it over when I was putting something up and it didn't shatter but the bottom peice shows the blue battery pack I think? It has a red and a black wire but on the inside bottom of the speaker it's wires are still connected. Is there a way to connect the other red and black wires?

I have this speaker from work I was tasked to try to fix, however I'm having issues getting into the chassis. Does anyone know the least destructive method to get in? I had picks all along the front face but wasn't able to get it separated far enough to see whatever else might be holding it in place.

The unit I have is simmer to the one linked but the non k model. the only difference I notice is the power switch.
