Projectiondesign F35 AS3D Vizsim 1080

When attempting to do a firmware update it comes up with the message detected firmware and a few seconds, prompts to remove the USB after reading its contents reboots after that, but nothing is installed.

Current firmware is 010-0003-09

Trying to update to 010-0003-25 downloaded from Barco website.

Have followed instructions in manual on Barco website.

Memory stick has USB FAT-file system and the unzipped release.tar on the root of the USB memory stick.

Have downloaded the firmware twice and tried two different USB memory sticks.

Am I missing a step not mentioned in the manual?

Are there any stupid things I might be doing wrong without releasing it?

I have a dark smug looking spot on my projection... I took it apart and cleaned it checked all the lens and the pixelator and nothing's wrong that I could see. Would anyone have a clue as to the issue on this?

So I'm not sure what the part is called so I'll do my best guesstimate, I need to replace the little 2"X1.25" transparent LCD screen attached with a ribbon cable inside this projector, the whole center is like burnt its got a big black spot well it did project a black spot before I ripped the ribbon cable anywho ... Where can I get that part and is it even cheap enough to be worth it...

we have projector christie entero hb rpmhd-led02

now it can not start up when I press power ON

the power fan run 40 second then it stop, I see the light on Network cable on EM module but it not starting up, it seem to be not present 12VDC on Em module, and the fan on Light module start 5 second then it stop

after that power module also stop
