Pulled the retractable hose a little too far and does not go back in. Any suggestion on how to fix it? The accessory vacuum works OK; just when it's done cannot put the hose back in to put it away.

I’ve a foodsaver model FFS017. I wanted to extract the retractable handheld sealer and accidentally I broke the wire. So it pulled back and now I cannot take it anymore.

How to open and access to the wire and how to connect to the latch again?

When I go to pour beer, using the supplied growler, only a dribble of beer comes out. I noticed when I inserted the CO2 cartridge, I did not hear any “whoosh”. I know it punctured the cartridge, because I began to remove it and got a “whoosh” of released CO2. I also noticed that, when I turned the CO2 regulator knob, i never heard anything like CO2 flowing. Could the line have come plugged from the manufacturer? How would you recommend trying to troubleshoot this? This is the first time I have tried to use it, and made sure that everything was hooked up properly. I just want my beer!!

My Macom VAC5090 vacuum machine has become non-operational because one of the handles, that help secure the bag, does not lock anymore.
I tried disassembling the machine by removing all the screws on the bottom, but it does not open. I have looked for hidden screws, but found none.
How can I disassemble it? It has been operating for two years only, quite seldomly. it would be a pity to have to dispose of it!
