Insta360 X3: Black screen blue light

Late last year after a full day of recording on my motorbike I didn’t use/touch my insta for a few days yet when I came to edit the videos I was met with a blue light and black screen.

And was informed my instas customer service that it sounds like a firmware problem as it wouldn’t do anything when connected to power and no battery and that I should send it back to clarify and as it’s not in warranty I wouldn’t be getting it back.

So has anyone else had this or anyway of fixing it?

I have seen a few tutorials on how to replace the lens on the X2 and X3 and even the One RS, but does anyone have a

tutorial on how to disassemble and replace the lens on the Insta360 ONE RS 1-Inch 360 Edition?

I have bought a replacement lens, just dont know how to take the lens section apart.

Other Camera: Broken teeth in USB-C connector. How to replace?

Hi y’all! I have a VanTrue OnDash n4 dashcam in my car. The usb-c connector pins got pretty mangled due to the angle of connection. My question is: how to I put a new connector on? I assume soldering, but can anyone tell if that connector specific to the camera or just a generic 5v, ACC, Gnd connector. Thanks in advance!

I had disassemble the x3. Clean the motherboard up with electrical contact cleaner, IPA. It switches on but just a red light. Scree.n comes out but just illuminated black. Please help

I’ve replaced the batteries and it seems like I placed it correctly but it won’t turn on. Also noticed that my old battery had exploded and left some orange stuff inside . I’ve cleaned most of it out . Any tips would be great! I need this for my birthday coming up.

I am not getting any photos on my Gamespy I45 camera. After switching to on, it does its countdown and when it reaches 00, the display just shows " AUTO * " and no pictures are taken. I have looked through the setting of the camera with no luck. Tried with and without multiple SD cards. Please help...
