Oster 16-Speed Blender: Why is my food still chunky after blending?

I have noticed that the food is not getting blended and staying chunky or that the blades get jammed.

Does anyone know where I can find a replacement blade assembly for an Oster 6700 blender that is leaking through the drive shaft?

6speed oster blender BLSTAS-Z.

My oster 6 speed blender BLSTAS have the triac in short from 1 to 2 terminals i use bt 137-600G ,is ok?

Resistor r33 is open,I need the ohm and watt value .Thanks.
