My orbic r687l5 stopped working one day when it said that it was not able to find the SD card. I pulled that out and stuck it back in and it still couldn't find it and the phone stopped working correctly. The guy at Verizon told me it was because there were no updates for this phone and so there was no way for it to work. What do you know about that?
