Optoma HD72: Optima HD72 Incompatible with Multi Channel AV Receiver

We just upgraded our Multi Channel AV Receiver. With our old receiver, we could only either get sound or picture, but not both. When they installed the new Multi Channel AV Receiver, the same thing is happening and we are being told it is because the Optima HD72 is out of date and incompatible. How do we know this is the truth and not just a simple fix?

can not get the focal cap back on, Do push the cap in and turn counter clockwise, how do you line up the cap so you can push it in?

Optoma uhd60: I replaced Lamp bulb with a new one, but no light from bulb

I recently replaced the lamp bulb for my Optoma UHD60 with a brand new oem bulb, but after doing this the projector will not "turn on". It powers up and I see the blue power light, but if I look at the actual lamp bulb, no light is coming from it. The fans start running and I can see that the color wheel is spinning, but no light from the bulb and a few seconds later the red lights come on telling me to replace the bulb. There is also a high pitched ringing sound coming from the area that the color wheel is installed when it starts to spin, so maybe there is something weird going on there, but I would think that the lamp bulb would still turn on if it was just a color wheel issue. I've tried with 3 other bulbs at this point, so I don't think it is the bulb.

Optoma HD20: Why is no image being display from the projector?

Hey you guys didn’t have projectors on as an option for a device (Might mean you don’t repair them) . Does IFIXIT repair Optoma Projectors I need a color wheel replaced and air filter and fan. thank you!

Optoma projector: Why nothing happens after pressing Menu button

Our Optoma Projector stopped working. It turns on fine. We see the default image saying Optoma. But nothing displays after that. Press menu button, doesn't display anything. We tried unplugging the projector, removed the cables and tried again. Can anyone kindly help please.
