I tried turning on the PC but, it won't respond even if I test the power supply, nor will it turn on when unplugging and plugging back the power, the fans will run as usual. I tried to power it on by short-circuiting the power pins, but nothing happens then I tried to measure the power going to the pins but what I got is a flat 0 and 37.4mV but that is not supposed to be right? besides that, I don't know how to power it on besides the power button.

once I power it off it not start by button I have to unplug and plug the power supply

I changed the power button also and not starting. not starting by short circutting also

and I recently changed the CMOS and battery and a new problem appeared that my bios setting is not saving I tried all methods but its not working Please helpppppppppppp My pc model dell optiplex 9020

Optiplex 9020: PC won't power on.

When I push the power supply power button the fan comes on. As soon as the button is released, the fan stops. Power supply won't stay on. Installed a new P/S and have the same problem. No idea where to go from here...

Optiplex 9020: After plugging power switch the computer turns on and off and repeats

When I plug my power switch my computer starts automatically turn on and then off and repeats this until I pull out the power switch. Before this happened, the computer was working good and while watching a video on chrome browser it got stuck and then after several minutes it turned off and then started the repetition process I described before.
