bought a new Realme P3 5G. Whenever I’m watching YouTube Shorts, it automatically starts playing the next Short without me touching anything. The title and comments of the current Short stay the same, but the video changes to a new one. To fix it, I have to go to the next Short, then come back to the previous one and watch it again from the start.

While calling, the other person sometimes can’t hear me properly because my voice is too low or unclear, but other times it works fine. I checked the sound quality of both the upper and lower microphones, and I found that the lower mic has a lower decibel level.

Also, when I reopen apps from the background, they restart automatically. I can only keep one or two apps in the background before this happens. I have already changed the background app limitation settings, but it’s still happening.

Actually i have oppo A55 device and its all app crash even setting app crash.

when i factery reset my phone the problem same but now My phone IMEI number is showing Unkown and baseband version also showing unknwon.

can anyone explain the problem.

some times it when i remove the charger it still shows that my phone is charging.

i have to restart my phone for everytime whenever my display got blank in running mode.

While I'm using my phone it gets switched off suddenly even though my phone is charged. When I turn on my phone and start using it again it works fine but again after sometime it gets switched off. But everytime the time gap is not the same , sometimes it gets switched off as soon as i turn it on , sometimes it didn't get off even while using for hours , but it happens too frequently.
