OontZ Angle 3: Why won’t the speaker turn on?

When I try to play music on the speaker, the speaker won’t turn on. It seems to be unresponsive to the power button being pressed. How can this be fixed?

Please help. My Angle 3 has a damaged USB. I can't charge it anymore because it's destroyed due to incorrect proper plug in socket when i try to charge it. Can I fix this?

OontZ Angle 3: Red light flashing 3 times. Won’t turn on.

Hello

If I press the post button on my OontZ Angle 3 I get a red light that flashes repetively in groups of three.

If I hold the power button down the speaker works (but the red light keeps flashing). As soon as I let go of the button the speaker dies.

I have tried charging with multiple cables.

I have tried to find the reset button through the auxiliary jack, but I don’t feel anything in there that feels like a button.

Any ideas?

Has anyone successfully found the reset button?

OontZ Angle 3: Fuzzy static sound when connected to computer using AUX cable

Hi,

When I connect my brand new Angle 3 Ultra to my computer, I get a static sound whenever I play a sound through the speaker. About 3-5 seconds after the sound stopped, the fuzzy static sound also went away.

This continued for every sound played from the speaker while connected to AUX cable, but it is fine when connected with bluetooth. Please help! Thanks.

The connection worked previously, I have no idea what has changed.

The PC sees the speaker, but the speaker doesn't play.

I tested the PC with AUX cable which works, I am also able to connect the speaker through Bluetooth on my phone.

I have checked all my PC settings and have no idea what else to look.

Help!

i tried to turn on OontZ Angle 3 speaker on it didn’t work i have no connection bluetooth paring mode my iPad speaker help signed lauren.

you came up with a great Speaker can pair iPad so it should work

I think that OontZ Angle 3 speaker should work turned on that’s why it was made

Two times now my speaker is coming on with random voices. It’s so loud and the voices seem to stop as soon as one of us open our door to see what’s going on. It’s in a spare bedroom my phone shows no connection to it each time. What’s going on?

OontZ Angle 3: The charging indicator light won't go off and battery depleted

I have this device for over a year and had no issues until now. The charging light indicator are always on even i unplugged the cable. And then when i power it on, the auto-shut down feature didn't work because of the charging light didn't go off. It's just draining the speaker battery until it's dead. How to fix this?

Hi, this question is actually about the original OontZ XL (which is still a pretty terrific BT speaker, btw!).

The older unit still works great, connects easily, and plays music/audio very nicely. I’m just trying to figure out why the USB port on the rear panel will no longer charge other mobile devices. That built-in charging feature is extremely helpful when we travel; it’s always nice to know you have an extra power source around for phones/tablets!

Any ideas as to why the rear port won’t charge other devices anymore? Also, how do you open the case on this thing?!
