<title><![CDATA[Onkyo HT-R960: Onkyo HT-R960 clicks on and off when plugged in. never fully turns on.]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Once A/C is plugged in transformer clicks on and off continuously until unplugged. possibly something to do with current protection mode? no noticeable issues with wiring, fuses or capacitors.</p>
