no manual came with phone; please don't laugh, but provider told me to put chip from old phone into this n100. i need a diagram of the whole phone body so i know what does what, including where and how to insert the chip. im used to phones where u take the back off; do i do that to insert the chip or is there some entry point; it seems i am to stick the tip of the little prong thing that was in the box? thank u much

Screen replaced but no matter what we do, we can't get the fingerprint sensor to work. The screen is an original oneplus screen.

We tried with two different screens - doesn't work.

Anybody know why? Is there some trick to it?

My phones display was in perfect condition no dropping or nothing happened it suddenly became unresponsive the volume buttons and everything is working but the touch is unresponsive I restarted it also but nothing happened

I have a OnePlus 9 5G model LE2115 and need a USB flex cable. The OEM part has UEF01A part number on it. There are sites (Amazon, eBay) showing LE2115 USB flex cable but the part they offer for this is UEE107 but that is not the right part.

Attached is a picture of the OEM flex cable from my phone.

I seriously don't know why this thing is on here, it absolutely shouldn't be, i double checked i ordered the right product, i did. But for some reason, someone glued this protective cover over the cable strip, and i don't know how to remove it, i certainly don't want to attempt to rip this thing off of the fragile sheet underneath, what do i do now?

I purchased a battery from ifix it because I thought it would be better than saving money and buying from Amazon. Ever since I installed it my battery life has been FAR worse than before I replaced it. The phone will charge to 100% only to fall to 20% I'm under 5mins and then from 20% to 0% it will go down slower but not as slow as I would expect. I think that the phone is misreading or something and thinking the battery is full and not charging all of the way because it says 100%. Any help is appreciated 👍.
