My phone fell on the side and badly damaged the LCD screen by taking the corner of my door.

The touch is always on but the rest works fine. However I can't turn it off.

There are some seller on Aliexpress or third party website but it's quite pricey so I only have one try.

I found teardown videos of the phone online

The only problem is that it only shows how to take the screen off. I know a ruban is connected on the left and don't know how to handle it nor do I know if when replacing the screen I need to reapply glue and heat it to seal.

I found replacements vids for other OnePlus phones and I guess they are quite similar?

Is there anything else I'm missing?
