Hello everyone,

a couple of days ago I dropped my phone. After I picked it up I immediately noticed that the screen had a greenish tint. I was able to fix it kinda by going into the settings and changing the color calibration. But there is something else wrong. The white level and black level and also the color calibration depend on the brightness now. When I increase the brightness, the screen gets blueish and it gets hard to tell white and light gray apart. Same thing then I dim the screen. The colors get warmer and dark gray start to look like black.

How is that possible? And can I fix it without replacing the screen? I already opened the phone and reseated the screen connector, but that didn't do anything.

UPDATE: I reseated the connector a second time and now it is much better. The colortemp does not change with brightness any more and also the problem with the black and white levels is gone. The greenish tint is still there though

OnePlus 5T: Weak Mobile connection over Sim (has to be Hardware)

Hi I have been fighting with weak Mobile Network connection for a long time and finally realized that it is my Hardware and not my Provider.

What are the possibilities of things that could be broken. I do not understand what components are in the phone to make this error and need advice.

I am asking for guidance as I only want to open my phone once and want to limit the time that I can not use it and the amount of times that I open up the phone.

And advice is appreciated

OnePlus 5T: Phone does not turn on

My phone charges, even to the full but when I try to turn it on, the logo comes and turns down again saying battery is to low just like if my phone is on 0% charge

Hej, Jag tappade telefon från 1,5m i golvet blev helt svart skärm, det går att ringa till den, jag provade köpa ny skärm och bytte ut den, det är ändå svart skärm, telefonen startar i bakgrunden verkar det som,jag skulle vilja rädda mina bilder på den och jag vet inte om jag har backup på den, går det att rädda bilderna eller hur får jag i gång den igen.

OnePlus 5T: Is the replacement screen Gorilla Glass 5 equipped like the OEM part?

I’ve broken the screen on my Oneplus 5T and I was wondering if the replacement screen iFixit offers is also Gorilla 5 glass like the OEM screen. I was also wondering if the appropriate adhesive is included in the box with the replacement screen.
