OnePlus 13: New screen, but can't get fingerprint sensor to work

Screen replaced but no matter what we do, we can't get the fingerprint sensor to work. The screen is an original oneplus screen.

We tried with two different screens - doesn't work.

Anybody know why? Is there some trick to it?

Why my oneplus 13 get heat and blackout even in pocket while i am walking or running. And my device is chinese converted to global device. After a while it is normal but it always force restart and gets a little bit hot...

Hey,

I broke my OnePlus 13 screen and looking for the detail replacement. Need a help or advice where to find the original screen and order online.

In my location, Georgia (country), screens are not available, the official OnePlus service declined request as my country is not supported, seller declined payed replacement as it's not a guarantee case and in payment replacement they are not interested.
