كنت أستخدم الهاتف بشكل طبيعي فنقطع الصوت فجأة فقمت بالدخول إلى عدة تطبيقات من أجل تجربت الصوت لاكن دون جدوى فقت بالضغط على إعادة تشغيل الجهاز فنطفأ ثم إشتغل وكانت الشاشة سوداء وفي وسطها كتابة باللغة الصينية فترجمتها فوجدت أنها تعني (الدخول في وضع الاختبار الذاتي.. ) وقمت بالدخول إلى وضع recovery وقمت بالضغط على reboot devics أمل أن يتم إصلاح المشكلة لاكن دون جدوى

مع العلم أني لا أريد فقدان بياناتي لانه يحتوي على الكثير من أموري الشخصية
