Onda VI10: How come my Onda VI10 won't charge correctly?

Onda VI10: Why can’t I do a factory reset on my tablet?

I have tried to factory reset my tablet several times. It’s a Walmart Onn tablet. I have held the power and volume down selected wipe all info factory reset. I have also tried the power button and volume up and got to the Chinese menu try to wipe it that way. When I get to the Home Screen. Hit start it wants me to sign in with my previous gmail account. It has a lock on left top screen, and the Wi-Fi button on. I just want to wipe everything and start new. I added pictures of journey. The tablet is a ONN ONA19TBD03. I’m sorry I couldn’t find that option to chose.

Onda VI10: Why will my Onda VI10 not power on?

My tablet will not power on. I have tried a different charger but, it still shows no signs of making an effort to turn on!

Onda VI10: Why does the audio on my Onda VI10 not work?

The audio on my tablet won't work. I have tried to turn the volume up from the setting and obviously the side of the tablet. I have also tried numerous songs and videos, but none of them have audio!

The buttons on my tablet keep sticking. I have checked for any obvious debris, but the buttons are still stuck.
