Omaker M4: Why is it not playing any sound?

I have had this speaker for quite a while and seems to be in a perfect state. I was using it yesterday evening, but then at night when I turned it on it didn't make any sound. By this I mean not even the sound it makes when it is turned on. It has been over a day I have tried resetting and charging but does not seem to be it. Please help!

Omaker M4: Why won't the speaker turn on?

I have charged the speaker up, with a red light appearing constantly while it's charging. When it has finished the light goes blue. I then proceed to try and turn it on by holding down the power button but nothing happens. The problem isn't the bulb because it will go red or blue depending on the charge and the only help I can find relating to my problem says to turn it on and off when I can't do either. I have tried the reset button but that won't work either someone please help
