while using camera in water, it stopped taking pics. and showed "door opened" on it, even though battery door was shut, now it doesn't turn on. How do I know that it may be just the battery that may be damaged?

hi! i just opened my digi cam earlier and when i turned to take pictures, the camera isn't working or the lens wasn't opening. i could see the pictures tho, and when i turn it to take pictures there's a ringing sound. please help, tell me if i could still fix this on my own, if there are ways i can fix it or is it a hardware problem like does it needs a repair?

the frame of the camera lens came off. what kind of glue should i use to place it back on? i was advised not to use superglue. will it still be waterproof?
