Olympus Evolt E510: Out of focus pictures

I've cleaned the lenses and camera, tried 2 different Compact Flash cards, two different lenses, and tried numerous settings and lighting situations. I've updated the firmware, as well, but the situation remains. In every case, the camera appears to take the picture in focus but when I look at the saved photos, they are "fuzzy". When I look at the photos on the PC, they are "Fuzzy", as well. Any ideas?

Why do I need to reset the camera date every time I change the camera battery.? Is there any internal battery that I need to replace? Thanks.

e-510 Camera will not go into storage mode when the cord is inserted to the computer, but it does on the other camera (same make and model) the memory card will not stay in place, and it will not keep the date when the battery needs changing.

Olympus Evolt E510: Power Switch on Olympus E-510 requires too much force

Much like the title — the power Switch on Olympus E-510 requires too much force to turn on.

If I flip the switch normally, the screen doesn’t turn on; when I turn it back off, it does the sensor cleaning sound (3-4 bumps).

If I flip the switch and continue to press on it with a bit of force, the screen turns on and the camera functions normally.

How can I clean or fix the power switch on the Olympus E-510?

The viewing screen on my only E-500 does not show what the lens is looking at. The menu screens work. You can also look at photos on memory card. Also the USB connect to computer doesn’t work. Have tried another cord.
