Olympus C-765: How to replace cover lens

I have two cameras. One was caught in a flood and has water on the lens. The other one was dropped and has lost its' outer lens. Please can you tell me how to remove the outer lens so I can remove the water mark on the first camera or replace the outer lens on the second camera?

I left my Olympus C-765 outside one night and it rained. It was working great, award winning photos. Now the camera will not boot up at all. What has happened and how do I fix it?
