Nvidia Shield Controller: How to get the battery out of its place

I'm having trouble getting battery out of its enclosure. From what I understend there is adhesive underneath but I'm a bit afraid to force it as I'm afraid enclosure would break.

My Battery died and I need a Replacement. I've got the Version with the two AA Batteries and I don't want so solder myself to get a new Batterypack. Is there one ready to buy available?

nvidia shield game controler pulls up menu when i hit x button instead of punching with makes game play imposible i uninstalled it and redownloaded it then reinstalled it in loseing my mind bought 120 dollar game pack from steam and cant play game help me

Nvidia Shield Controller: Every time I hit "X" it brings up the Steam menu. Can't play at all.

I have had this issue ever since I got this controller (not the Nvidia one but a different generic one, thought I should mention that) and every time I hit the “X” button on the controller it brings up the Steam Menu making it impossible to actually play anything. I finally broke down and am reaching out for help because I finally bought Skyrim and for some reason I can only play with a controller even though its for PC. That in itself is a whole different issue which is even worse because Ive just been using my mouse and keyboard for games that I want to use the controller and its been okay but now i cant do anything in Skyrim because nearly every action is the “X” button. Anything you guys can do to help i would really appreciate it very much. Ive been looking all over the net for a solution and ca not seem to find anything so please, anyone if you could help thank you in advance.

Nvidia Shield Controller: Nvidia Shield Controller (2015) touch buttons replacement?

So a while ago my 2015 1st gen Nvidia shield front touch buttons stopped working, and I thought it was a bad 12-pin cable. It turns out it's the touch buttons (nvidia button, home button, back button, and play button) that stopped working. I have searched far and wide for a replacement but haven't found anything. Can anyone direct me to where I can find one?
