Nvidia Geforce GT 1030: Display not output by graphic card

I plug my graphic card in slot when I plug display output cable ( hdmi ) but I screen the no device connected shows even I change my cable also

When I play games it glitches and automatically log out from the game

my gpu is Colorful GT1030 Gold edition. There is no display but when i Measure the voltages Vcore is missing.

and the lowside mosfet is 0 resistance to the ground

NVVDD ( Vcore voltage ) - Missing (must be .8 volts)

FBVDD (Vram voltage) - 1.5 Volts (Check)

1.8 volts - (check)

5 volts - (check)

12 volts - (Check)

3.3 volts - (Check)
