Nutri Ninja BL450: Why does the blender get loud and smell?

The blender started being much louder and there is a burning smell coming out of the base. Where should I start if I want to fix it?

Should I order any parts? Or can I just maybe grease it somewhere?

The device won't turn on , any advice?

The lid is screwed tightly and locked in the appropriate direction.

Has anyone had this issue, or dissembled one before?

Nutri Ninja BL450: How do I fix my blender BL455 30 not working when being pushed down?

When I normally push down on the cup to get it to blend, it is not enough power and it has to be at the exact right angle or else it will not start. How do I fix this? It is a workout just trying to find the right spot and put enough pressure into it. Thanks in advance!

I put in almost all cold or room temperature ingredients; oat milk, frozen leafy greens, protein powder, chia seeds.

After blending it 2 or 3 times, what I was blending came out warm or almost hot.

I took apart the base of my Nutra Ninja because of the loud noise and smelling. Noticed it is quite filthy with what looks like grease but am not sure. Should I look for anything else causing this filth?

My blender stopped working. The blades still spin around but the contents in the jar just spin around too without getting blended up. I hadn't noticed any reduction in its ability to blend ingredients prior to this. I took it to a local Repair Cafe where someone safety tested it (it passed) and then sharpened the blades. This has not fixed the problem.

Hello amazing people,

My nutri ninja is very loud and leaking brown fluid while in motion. Cup also gets open while it’s running. I have seen similar question before but haven’t got it working yet. I oiled the lid and blades with no luck. I haven’t opened the motor/base unit yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’m under pressure (by my wife) to buy a new unit ASAP ?

I was using my ninja and the spoon fell in below the liquid. I started the ninja and then noticed the spoon was left. Removed the spoon but the piece that turns the blades looks broke off and when I try again, it just sounds like the motor is running but nothing is happening.

Even after I let up on the pressure it keeps running. It use to stop immediately after you stop pushing down but lately it runs for an extra 5 to 10 seconds with no hands on machine. It might be sticking because of leaking smoothie juice but I’m afraid it could be a short or something. Please help.
