NuVision 10.1 Atom: Replacement Battery for Nuvision TM800W610L

I am looking for a supplier for replacement batteries for the Nuvision TM800W610L Windows 10 tablet.

The original battery is labeled:

EL-24110110PV-001-1014

3700 MAH - 14.06 Wh - 3.8 V

2016-11-06 EJ19 02225

It is about 3.9” by 3.9” (100 mm by 100 mm and 3mm thick) with a small circuit board on one edge with black, red and white (smaller gauge) wires connecting to the mother board of the tablet.

NuVision 10.1 Atom: Touch input and Battery charge indicator not working

Just updated Windows 10 to the latest OTA update and now the Touch input is not working and the battery charge indicator within the OS is non-existant. Anyone out there with the drivers out there?

PS: I have the re-branded version. It was sold under ‘Micromax Canvas LapTab’ here in India
