Was disassembling to clean the case and one of the 3 screws at the bottom dethreaded. Does anyone who's done the same know?

My earbuds are damaged and due to it my front speakers aren't working properly and are producing very less sound and also the quality of my back speakers is increased to such an extent that the sound is leaking out and can be heard without wearing it in the ears. Please give me a solution to fix this.

The casing of my left ear bud has come apart, anybody have recommendations for a glue I can use to put it back together? I still have my gasket and would prefer to keep them relatively water tight for working out
