While the device is operating, it becomes very warm ans starts smoking near the area where the candy/sugar is placed.

Nostalgia Electrics PCM805: Why is the sugar on my cotton candy going onto the sides?

When we use our cotton candy machine the sugar goes onto the sides. We have tried different ways to hold the stick and it still collects half of the sugar we put in. We put the amount it tells you to. One full scoop with the stick. Do you guys know how to stop this? It would help a lot. Thanks for reading! :] The machine that I had to put is not the right one I use. I just put a random one because I had to select something. Bye

Spinning then it hits on the side heater not working for sugar to come out

I cleaned the main unit in hot soapy water making sure all the sugar is gone. I turned it on for 10 minutes and put a scoop of the sugar in.

It only comes out a little like a spider web. Alot of the sugar comes out and sticks to the outwall of the plastic container lid.

Atmost it is less than 1" width of the cotton candy that comes out putting it on a stick.
