I noticed when I inserted the CO2 cartridge, I did not hear any “whoosh”. I know it punctured the cartridge, because I began to remove it and got a “whoosh” of released CO2. I also noticed that, when I turned the CO2 regulator knob, i never heard anything like CO2 flowing. Could the line have come plugged from the manufacturer? How would you recommend trying to troubleshoot this? This is the first time I have tried to use it, and made sure that everything was hooked up properly. I just want my beer!!
