Nokia N95: Screen doesn't turn on, but backlight and keypad lights up.

I've had an N95 for several years as a backup cell phone, and recently when I turned it on, the display wouldn't come on. The backlight was on and the keypad was on, but the screen was just black. Anyone have any suggestions? Would replacing the screen fix the problem?

Nokia N95: No Display, Otherwise working well!

Help Me.

Two days back, the display of my Nokia N95 slide phone went blank. At first, the display used to get back when slid in a certain fashion, but not it hardly is visible. The phone works fine, the audio is good, the camera is great, but NO DISPLAY.

I tried cleaning it externally, but in vain. It seems there is a connection problem. Please help. (I am out of warranty, but I want to keep the phone working for some more time)

Hey all.

So I got a new Nokia N95-1 (RM-159). I used it for quite some time but then the screen started to go dim. I just left it there for a couple of minutes and after that the screen flickers and go dim. So dim in fact sometimes it goes straight to a black screen. I have to restart the phone every time I wanted a brighter screen. Please, help! What can I do?
