I dropped my phone, but not from very high up and it hit the corner. At first my phones top corner was going purple but over time it started going blue then black. i thought the top corner was just bruised and that was fine, but then it started spreading. Now my phone's completely black but it still works. My alarm still goes off in the morning and i'm still receiving texts and calls but i can't answer them because i can't see the screen. I don't have a sim card so everything is on the actual battery. Does anyone know what might be the problem and how i can fix it without losing all my data/getting a new battery?

My Nokia Lumia 720 :

1. automatically all applications are getting closed, start screen appears

2. Start screen then minimizes ( similar to the way if we have pressed and hold the back button),

3. Start screen then maximizes and after that 'bing' opens up automatically.

In all the above steps, phone also vibrates.

I mistakenly dropped my Lumia 720 in beach. When the phone got fully soaked in that salt water. I tried to start the phone, which led to short circuit.

Now the complete phone has become useless. Still i wanna try test and replace working parts inside the phone.

my phone was stuck displaying nokia screen so out of frustration i opened my lumia 720 without removing screw under sim card slot.it was more of by force.Could this be why im no longer get service on my phone?

I have tried to toggle between 3g and 2g,airplane mode and the roaming.

What do i do

Hello,

Windows 10 upgrade did not complete and now the phone is trying to finalise the installation. When power button is pressed all I get is the turning wheels and a sad face.

I've tried soft and hard reset and Windows and Nokia recovery tools but they won't do anything.

Any ideas?

lower 1 cm of touch where the pop up tab is not working it stopped gradually within a month and its not due to any fall or hit on it there is no scratch on it how can i fix it will i have to change the complete touch or is there any other method of fixing it
