So I dropped my Nokia Lumia 710 while it had the D3O cover, happened multiple times before, I loved the integrity of this thing, they're really bullet proof, but I guess it's number was up, is there any method of figuring out what went wrong? The phone was fine before I dropped it. Afterward it came on, I clicked the power button, saw my home screen, then after that it refused. I tried rebooting it multiple times, it charges and everything, but the screen remains unresponsive... Advice please?

Nokia Lumia 710: phone keeps displaying the nokia name going on and off on the screen.

the display makes it difficult to use the phone as it is not responsive. I could not charge it or have access when I call the phone from another set. Occasionally, I have access but just temporarily for me to view and it goes back into displaying the NOKIA on and off making the battery discharge. I am wondering if the battery is going bad at this time or what is wrong with the set?

My phone simply would not turn on in the morning. I replaced the battery and it only buzzes intermittently while trying to charge. There is no history with water damage or dropping.
